FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the most common way to connect and update a site.  It is fast, reliable, and has been around a long time.

First you need a client.  There are lots of good free tools out there.  We use FileZilla:

     Filezilla - http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/

To access your webspace, run FileZilla and type in your domain, your username, and then your password, and hit connect.  You'll be taken to your root directory.

We use the linux filesystem, so that location is  " /home/your_username/ ".

All files accessible to the public are located at   " /home/your_username/public_html/ ".

When you upload your site, upload to that directory.

If you have any questions, feel free to email support.
